This poem brought me to a time in my life were I had a search of my self to find who I really am.
Inner child
I am the inner child hidden within you
To know me you must reach with in
So I can know you to
You love with a passion the needy you do meet
Why can you not take time to know me to
Were we are meant One day we will meet on the inner street
to be as one
As our love should be anew
Our hearts should be as one
Helping each other to be true
As we both reach for our holy one
I will help you to pursue
The love I feel for you
Is everlasting ever true
For without you I’m only half
Of what I should be when I am not with you.
